Couldn’t have been a more comfortable a transaction. Lisa and her team lined up all the trades to help us accomplish getting it ready to sell. Minimal work, painting, update fixtures and hardware. New carpets as well as plumbing! Would still be looking for reputable contractors had we done this on our own. We were involved 100% in all decisions and were so pleased, rethought giving it up!
As it was, it lasted 2 days on the market! I would highly recommend Lisa and her team for a no hassle way to sell or purchase property!
